Prison Raiding
Breaking into the Azorius prison was easier than I expected. We sent our goblin friend whizzing up on his backpack to the roof while Thirst, the Lizard and I strolled through the front door. Thirst and I were on the same page the whole time and when he dumped oil on the floor I knew exactly what he had in mind. No one can resist a pyrotechnic show. I traded heavy blows with one arrester, but the sneaky lizard caught him in the neck. A great scrap. After that it was an easy trip to the top. Our goblin friend had managed to knock out two arresters with ease. I don’t know how, but what a rakdos member he would make if only he turned his attention to pyro-performance instead of endless tinkering. I sense the makings in him though.

We grabbed the captive and ran to the elevator and are now making our descent. I can hope for an easy escape, but I think we may have some more fun in our path. My friends gifted me an enchanted goblet of sorts that makes both beer and wine, but it wouldn’t function within the magic constraints of the prison. A pity we had to have all this fun sober.

A glorious night
Last night was a blast! I finally convinced the other members of the strange new troop that I'm a part of to loosen up and have a good time. Imagine my surprise upon running into them while headed to bed early in the morning. They all seemed a little banged up from their encounters in the Gruul territory (no surprise there) and saw my good sense in sleeping through the most uninteresting part of the day. They were dead set on going to the Gorehouse to talk to a new performer that night, (his show is not as good as mine) about his experience inside an Azorius prison. I was happy to show the way as I'm both very interested in what may be happening within the ranks of the Azorius, and love a good time at the gorehouse. The drinks started flowing as they do and the glass started shattering and we were having a really grand time watching the show. As always there's room for improv in a rakdos performance and I thought that the thing they needed was our goblin friend's help so threw him onstage at the perfect moment. To his credit, he was brilliant and actually improved the show. The crowd went wild.
Our goblin was so popular he got us invited to the after-party and how could we turn it down? Things start to get a little fuzzy for me from here, but I remember dueling an ogre at some point in the night to the roar of the crowd. I wanted to avoid killing the pitiful thing but he gave me such a knock on the head that I'm not sure how the night ended for him. While I served as a perfect distraction, my friends knocked out our target. The last thing I remember is carrying him out of the gorehouse, so I must have carried him all the way to where we finally passed out. I'm not sure what they would have done without me.

Trust
It hass come to my attention that there is more to my comrades than meetss the eye. Just when Thirst thought them simple creatures with a propenssity for desstruction, Zivix shows his clevernesss. Thirst had not realized he was not only one with Dimir keyrune. How could Thirst have misssed thiss? I am not sure whether to distrusst the Goblin or admire hiss sleights. After all, getting thiss past my eyes is gquite impresssive. Zebruso showed great leadership capabilities too when disscussing our next steps. He is not just a big dumb elephant after all and could be valuable in keeping our rag-tag bunch in one piece. After all, having brains and brawn is so much more valuable than idiotic smashing like that Minotaur who we haven't seen since we walked into the bathhouse the firsst time. I wonder where he's wandered off to.. No matter, we are deep in the depths of the undercity where he cannot follow so we'll have to track him down later.
I feel so at home here, but I do believe that Chazirek's skills eclipse my own when navigating through the sewerss. When we were sleeping, he must have run off to find some mushrooms or feces to wallow in. We didn't have time to wait on him and it's a good thing we didn't. Running into the Dimir is no trivial matter and it's good that neither of our worst negotiators were there to ruin it, though that bumbling Gruul numbskull almost got my throat slit. I know that the only way to negotiate with spiess and assassins is by showing your value. All I want is some damn gold and more information about that crafty guild of secrets. I was honesstly surprised when they agreed to give uss a portion up front, though this job will be far from easy. I sure hope that we can prove our value, otherwise we may end up facedown in a watery grave or worse, no memory of our former lives. I've already been through that with the Simic, the last thing I need is for it to happen again...

Danger
What a day what a day. Thirst remembers why he has never ventured into Red Wastess. So much aggresssion at every turn. Not even chance to negotiate with Viashino. The Boross ones are crasss, but at least will talk before sstriking. It was good to see companionss hold their own in a fight. They are all more powerful than Thirst realized, very impresssive. We cut through Viashino like packbeast butter. It was surprissing to meet an ally in the wastes even after she trapped my comrades. She was a graciouss host, but I still do not trusst the pelt collector. She has a story that Thirst is curiouss about, but may not get to invesstigate further. No matter, at least she gave us good information about Borborygmoss whereabouts. I still cannot belive we got away with our livess. The cyclopss was as tall as a building and could have crushed uss with his thumb. But he somehow seemed benevolent compared to the monstrouss hydra that attacked uss. Thirst is very curiouss if the hydra and giantss were sent to kill Boroborygmoss as a power move or an assassination attempts. Or is thiss just Tuessday in the Rubblebelt? Once Zivix and Chazirek's lightning bolts skewered one giant, I had put my sword through the other's eye, and Zebruso crushed the hydra's heart with his hammer of gods, Borborygmoss was thoroughly impresssed with the Stranger Than Fiction Unit. He gave uss much information and offered uss much platinum for return of his clan-members. He also gave uss all evidence collected from the bathhousse and Thirst is very intrigued by two items in particular. The goblin hoarded over strange black cylinder and we do not trusst his intentionss with it, but what Chazirek claimed had a verry curiouss aura. The spider legs that came out from the amulet musst hold very dark magic indeed. Thirst can't wait to see what they do, but is content to let his companionss find out for themsselves for now. All we need now is some damn ssilk rope and a soft bed. Perhapss Thirst can find some better weapons too. Thiss giant's eye goup iss not coming off this old russty sword easily...

Work Work Work
Thirst is as upset as his comrades. He did not antissipate working for old bags and hippiess all day. But Thirst is poor. We needs to acquire bargainss wherever possible. And being in good standings with citizenss in the market will be helpful later on in invesstigations. I doesn't understand why the goblin and snot man are so upset. We are being paid by individual contract, not by the speed with which we finish. Regardlesss, Thirst is nervouss to enter Red Wastes. Only experience we hass dealing with Gruul has gone well, but they are still unpredictable. Thirst can't stand little goblin gangs in Tin Street. They always try to steal Thirsts thingss. We hopes to acquire some higher quality rope soon and posssibly some gold for buying shiny new knife the goblin told uss about. Though acquiring gold in Gruul territory might be as difficult as finding a Krassis with only 4 appendages...
